Scott Nolen
Board Member / President of Truly Nolen International
Scott Nolen is the third generation of a successful family business. He follows the teachings received from his late father, Truly David Nolen.
Scott is an advocate of the environmental approach to pest management. His strength lies in research and development, and he has been instrumental in developing many new protocols. It’s also because of Scott that today the company is widely recognized for its technological advancements related to materials, application methodology, and improvements in equipment used in the industry.
Scott believes in four key concepts to continue to generate dynamic growth for the company’s future success. Those concepts are anchored in –
– Placing the company’s high standards at the heart of everything that the employees say and do;
– Bringing the right people to the company, namely those of high integrity who strive to “do the right thing” on behalf of our customers;
– Providing spectacular customer service and cutting-edge pest programs that are environmentally conscious, effective and non-intrusive; and

Jose Lutz
Chief Executive Officer
Jose Lutz, the founder and CEO of Truly Nolen International, met Truly David Nolen in 1988, which sparked the beginning of what would become a global force in pest control.
Shortly after they met, Jose opened the first Truly Nolen International franchise in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Later, he moved to the United States and grew the company from one office to hundreds around the world. His commitment to training, research, and development allowed Truly Nolen International to become a globally recognized industry leader in quality.
Jose Lutz believes business should be a win-win for customers and employees alike. He advocates for honesty and wellbeing above all else. Through Truly Nolen International, he continues to fulfill his lifelong dream of creating opportunities for people across the globe.
Jose has worked hard to make every member of the Truly Nolen International team feel like family.
Scarlett Nolen
Board Member / President of Truly Nolen America
Scarlett Nolen is the third generation of the Nolen’ family and daughter of Truly D. Nolen. She is a Board Member in Truly Nolen International and President of Truly Nolen of America. Scarlett’s resume in TNA includes successful leadership roles as a branch manager in Florida, and then the District Manager for the nationwide Growth district.
She led the company in Net Gain for three consecutive years.
Francisco Lutz
Vice President of Sales / Officer
Francisco Lutz has been in leadership positions in Truly Nolen International since 2013. He has led sales teams in different countries, has been a regional sales manager, and coached offices in different countries to obtained sustained growth and increased profits.
Prior to this he served in different positions throughout the company, working as a technician, salesman, and in the training and creation of TNI Management Software.
His current position as Vice President of Sales has allowed him to use his entrepreneurial passion to open and oversee/manage new corporations and existing corporations for Truly Nolen International in Argentina, Brazil, and France.
Francisco Lutz was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has lived in the United States, Chile, Spain, and Brazil. He has two undergraduate degrees from Rollins College in Orlando, Florida in International Business and Latin American and Caribbean Studies.
Upon finishing his undergraduate degrees he moved to Barcelona, Spain to pursue his MBA at Universität Pompeu Fabra. His love for languages has allowed him to become fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Juan Cruz Solari
Director of Sales & Marketing
In the actual world, innovation and adding new technologies are a game changer in the pest control Industry. What TNI has done, clearly makes us a leader in that area.
Before taking the current position, Juan Cruz worked in the Telecommunications Industry for more than 14 years. He operated in more than 42 countries, giving him the experience needed in the actual markets.
His Engineer background helped TNI understand the analytical approach that the Pest Control needed.
Marcus F. Rezende
Certified Entomologist: Training and Technical Department
Marcus F. Rezende joined the Truly Nolen International team as a service technician back in 1998, right after returning home from the USA where he went to study at Loras College and Florida Atlantic University. He then moved on to become a sales consultant, supervisor, manager and finally a franchisee owner.
Mr. Rezende started training International offices back in 2000 right when Truly Nolen Portugal opened for business. So, when Mr. Jose Lutz and Mr. Scott Nolen offered him a position to be a trainer for TNI, the transition went seamlessly.
He has a vast academic background in biology, entomology and urban and industrial pest management. This includes doctorate level courses at the Federal University in Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Urban entomology from Purdue University and many others.
He has been an Associate Certified Entomologist in the USA since the year 2017. He still carries the same passion, from when he begun as a service tech, to help improve the overall public health standards by putting his knowledge and experience to good use.
Marcus is now the Training Director at TNI and spends most of his time helping our offices around the world.
Cristiane Degobbi Coelho
Technical Director of the Microbial Control Department
Cristiane has more than 15 years of experience in Bioaerosols Scientific Research and Consultancy. She is Brazilian and conducted most of her studies in University of Sao Paulo, ranked as the best University in Latin America, according to Best Global Universities, 2021.
She graduated in Biological Sciences and got her PhD in Bioerosol Sciences. She also conducted part of her PhD at Harvard University of Public Health, where she could improve her knowledge about fungi and bacteria.
Her job trajectory includes consultancy in indoor air quality and disinfection/sanitization methodologies. It includes training, customer and franchisees technical support, didactic material for general public and evaluation of new technologies.
As the Technical Director of the Microbial Control Department, she considers the study of microorganisms as a broad and exciting field, where knowledge changes very rapidly. Therefore, in her view, getting updated and understanding the relationship between microorganisms and human beings, is the best way of helping people to live in a balanced and health environment.
Marcela F. Pereira
VEC & Training Lead
Marcela graduated in Biology and got her MSc in Ecology from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP).
She started working for Truly Nolen Brazil in 2011, supporting the local offices in many ways.
She was responsible for training new offices regarding administrative and sales tasks. She carried out audits to ensure the quality of the services provided by the local offices, managed corporate contracts for important customers such as McDonald’s, and also trained and provided support for the employees on the IT tools offered by the Truly Nolen International team, such as the Management System and the VIP page.
At TNI she started as an IT trainer and then accepted a new position as a member of the Operations Team. She leads the Virtual Education Center and also provides training and support for the TNI offices worldwide.
I.T. Department
Viviana Goldsmidt
Leader developer Full Stack
Viviana began working for the IT Department in 2009, having under her orbit the design and development of projects in the area. Within her tasks, she coordinated integration projects, in addition to participating in the implementation, maintenance, and support of the different applications developed.
Elizabeth Espinoza
Programmer
Elizabeth joined the Truly Nolen International team in 2015 as a systems programmer for the IT department.
The development of new applications, data analysis, report generation, franchise support, and implementation of new technologies are some of her functions to improve the productivity of our offices around the world.
Melisa Rossi
It Systems Trainer
As the Systems Trainer for the IT Department, Melisa provides training and support of the management system and apps to the world-wide franchisees.
She also writes the manuals needed to assist the international offices. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and is currently learning Portuguese.
Prior to taking the IT Systems Trainer position, Melisa worked as a Technical Trainer Assistant within the Virtual Education Department. She was in charge of safety and basic trainings as well as trainings for the customer service representatives.
Melisa has a tremendous love for training and helping people to achieve their best. Her work ethics and dedication has brought her tremendous recognition from all the people around the world.

Claudia Rodriguez
Executive Assistant
Claudia joined the Truly Nolen International team in 2005. She started as Jose Lutz’s assistant in charge of payments, collections, accounting and TNI’s conventions’ organization. Over the years, Claudia became more and more involved with other tasks by providing assistance to our staff and franchisees around the world. Claudia is recognized for her tremendous positive and kind spirit.
