OUR TRULY ELITE PROTECTION SYSTEM

We base our TEPS program on the concepts of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) defined as: The use of scientific, investigative, technical and managerial knowledge and skills to evaluate the risk of pest presence, real or potential, in and around the building, with the objective of minimizing the potential chemical, biological or physical contamination of surfaces, storage and display areas.

1. Facility Assessment

Our Truly Elite Protection System program begins with an in-depth facility assessment. The assessment evaluates all interior and exterior areas of the facility. From the assessment, requirements for the program are established and the results and corrective actions are documented, and used to develop and update the IPM program based on our exclusive 3 Zone Protocols. 

2. Program Development & Implementation

Truly Nolen will provide the facility with a written IPM program. The plan will take into consideration the overall level of any potential risk. To develop the initial plan or to update an existing one, we analyze:

• The surroundings of the facility
• Historical data and trends
• Seasonal concerns
• Buildings and exterior
• Maintenance
• Operational and non-operational practices
• Pest-sighting records

3. Service Log

After each visit, our technicians will provide the facility with all the relevant documentation of the service performed during the visit. 

4. Monthly Report & Trend Analysis

The information gathered will allow us to present a comprehensive report, which will include the following:

• Services preformed.
• Recommendations to the facility along with corrective actions taken by Truly Nolen International. 
• Monthly activity in light systems.
• Special insects of interest with scientific identification and behavioral information. 
• Percentage of insect light systems with high activity. 
• Activity percentage in rodent devices per device, per month and trend analysis for the last months. 
• Trend analysis graphs for rodent devices. 
• Trend analysis for crawling insects and occasional invaders. 
• OUR NEW AND EXCLUSIVE TEPS INDICATOR. 

5. Truly Nolen Custom Training

We provide customized training to our customers and all employees worldwide. Our technical support team travels the world to ensure that each office is providing  unsurpassed quality service. 

6. Virtual Training Center

Our virtual training center allows for in-depth training to our customers and all employees worldwide. Our technical support team travels the world to ensure hat each office is providing unsurpassed quality service.

7. Quality Assurance System (Supervision APP)

Periodically our trained supervisors will visit your facility to perform an audit of the services provided by Truly Nolen using our exculsive Supervision App. The customer will receive the Audit Report, including a detailed checklist specific to the type of retail facility, such as fast food restaurants, supermarkets etc. with a performance indicator. 

8. Customer Education Program

Our offices provide free, on-site training to our customers on all aspects of IPM measures, pest biology and ecology, regulatory knowledge, audit support etc.  

9. Scientifically Designed Service Protocols

At Truly Nolen every program is designed and customized to fit our customer’s needs. Our ‘Truly Elite Protection System’ (TEPS) is made specifically for audited facilities. 

10. Rapid Response

We will be there in a timely mannner to solve any problems that might occur. We also will identify action thresholds for pest sightings with facility management. When any threshold has been exceeded, an escalation protocol will be implemented until control has been established.
