Truly Elite Protection System

TEPS is based on Integrated Pest Management: using scientific, investigative, technical and managerial knowledge to assess the real or potential presence of pests in and around a building.

1. Facility assessment
Our Truly Elite Protection System program begins with an in-depth facility assessment. The assessment evaluates all interior and exterior areas of the facility. From the assessment, requirements for the program are established and the results and corrective actions are documented, and used to develop and update the IPM program based on our exclusive 3 Zone Protocols.

2. Program development and implementation
Truly Nolen will provide the facility with a written IPM program. The plan will take into consideration the overall level of any potential risk. To develop the initial plan or to update an existing one, we analyze:
- The surroundings of the facility
- Historical data and trends
- Seasonal concerns
- Buildings and exterior
- Maintenance
- Operational and non-operational practices
- Pest-sighting records
3. Service log
After each visit, our technicians will provide the facility with all the relevant documentation of the service performed during the visit.
4. Monthly report and trend analysis
The information gathered will allow us to present a comprehensive report, which will include the following:
- Services performed.
- Recommendations to the facility along with corrective actions taken by Truly Nolen International.
- Monthly activity in light systems.
- Special insects of interest with scientific identification and behavioral information.
- Percentage of insect light systems with high activity.
- Activity percentage in rodent devices per device, per month and trend analysis for the last months.
- Trend analysis graphs for rodent devices.
- Trend analysis for crawling insects and occasional invaders.
- OUR NEW AND EXCLUSIVE INDICATOR TEPS.

The residential program represents the property in three zones: green for the garden and outdoor areas; yellow for the immediate perimeter; red for the interior. Inspection, treatment and follow-up are adapted to each zone.
The facility assessment establishes and updates the IPM program using our three-zone protocols. The ten components above describe the assessment, service, documentation, training and response that make up TEPS.
